Decourt Commercial Ltd is a CITB registered company and we are committed to maintaining a fully qualified and skilled workforce. All our employees have to pass the Health & Safety test and hold CSCS cards. We run an internal Training and Development programme to ensure that everyone achieves extra qualifications and skills through courses such as PASMA, IPAF, First Aid and Working at Heights, and also ensure that everyone receives regular Toolbox Talks and Health & Safety updates on site.

To support our airport contracts, our employees hold full ID passes for which they also have to undergo a Criminal Record Check.
